Description
An immortal ballet from Tchaikovsky is “Sleeping Beauty”. It is based on a famous fairy tale by The Brothers Grimm. The entire soundtrack of Walt Disney’s animated film of the same name is based on Tchaikovsky’s music. The theme song of Princess Aurora – “Once Upon a Dream” – is based on a “Garland Waltz”, which is a scene in the ballet where villagers are trying to entertain the Prince who is saddened by a fruitless search for a bride.
