Description
“La Badinerie” is a short and vivacious dance, it’s name derives from French word “badiner” – to joke around. The term is used for one of the movements of a barocco suites or sonata. Bach’s “Badinerie” from Orchestral suite n.3 for flute and orchestra is possibly the most brilliant example of all “badineries”. Here is HomeOrchestra’s rendition for piano and orchestra.
